How to watch Crystal Palace vs Liverpool live
Crystal Palace vs Liverpool is scheduled for 12:30pm on Saturday 5th October and will be broadcast live on TNT Sports 1.
How both teams go into Crystal Palace vs Liverpool
Oliver Glasner’s first full season as Crystal Palace manager isn’t really going to plan. The Eagles are one of five teams still awaiting their first Premier League victory. After opening the campaign with back-to-back defeats, Crystal Palace have drawn three of their last four matches.
Three of those winless matches have come at Selhurst Park. At home, the Eagles have lost to West Ham United while also drawing with Leicester City and Manchester United.
Life under Arne Slot is going well enough for Liverpool. The Reds have won five of their opening six Premier League games, losing the other. Nottingham Forest pulled off a shock result at Anfield, but the Reds bounced back from that immediately.
On the road, the Reds are still perfect. It has just been three games so far, but Liverpool have taken three points from Ipswich Town at Portman Road, Wolves at Molineux and, more importantly, Man United at Old Trafford.
Crystal Palace host Liverpool at Selhurst Park on Saturday 5th October at 12:30pm.
Crystal Palace team news
Crystal Palace will still be without Cheick Doucoure and Chadi Riad for this game, with Rob Holding also unlikely to be involved. But the Eagles will be hoping to have Matheus Franca available.
Liverpool team news
Alisson returned for Liverpool last weekend against Wolves. Harvey Elliott isn’t expected back until after the October international break, whilst there are doubts over Diogo Jota and Federico Chiesa.
Crystal Palace vs Liverpool head-to-head
Crystal Palace have avoided defeat in three of their past four games against Liverpool. But this current run comes at the end of a 10-game winning streak for Liverpool against Crystal Palace.
