DM: Martin Zubimendi – 63% – Zubimendi didn’t have to do too much in terms of defensive metrics, so ranks poorly for tackles and interceptions per 90. But he does rank well for his aerial duels won per 90 as well as retention rate. The Spaniard is very strong on the ball.
CM: Martin Odegaard – 72% – Odegaard is one of the best midfielders in the Premier League, though he did struggle with injuries. He sits in the 95th percentile and above for successful passes into the penalty area per 90 (3.15) and intentional assists (0.39).
