How both teams go into Leicester City vs Nottingham Forest
Leicester went into the international break on a high after beating Bournemouth 1-0 at home to pick up their first league victory of the season. However, the Foxes have been unlucky in not picking up more points, having drawn against Tottenham, Crystal Palace, and Everton. Leicester travelled to winless Southampton and left it late, coming from 2-0 down to win 3-2 thanks to a dramatic injury time winner.
Nottingham Forest, meanwhile, won their first match since their eye-catching victory at Anfield in September, when they defeated Crystal Palace on Monday night. However, away draws at Brighton and Chelsea have shown exactly what Nuno Espirito Santo’s men are made of, and they’ll look to continue their unbeaten away form when they travel to the King Power Stadium.
Leicester City team news
Hamza Choudhury, Jakub Stolarczyk and Patson Daka all remain sidelined for Leicester and have been joined by Jannik Vestergaard who has picked up an ankle injury.
Nottingham Forest team news
Danilo is out until the new year, while Ibrahim Sangare likely won’t be seen again until the end of November due to a hamstring strain. James Ward-Prowse is suspended, whilst Morgan Gibbs-White is unlikely to feature as he continues to recover from an ankle problem.

Despite the close rivalry, matches between these two have been few and far between in recent years with the sides often switching divisions. There have only been three meetings since Leicester left the Championship in 2014, with each won comfortably by the home team — one coming in the FA Cup. The last away win in this fixture was for Nottingham Forest in November 2013.
