Most take-ons completed: Premier League 2019/20 season final standings
With Eden Hazard gone, the title of best dribbler in the Premier League was up for grabs in the 2019/20 season and it brought an exciting battle.
England‘s top tier is brimming with players who love nothing more than taking on their opposite man – and are pretty handy at winning their one-on-one duels.
Winning said duels can often be the difference between three points and zero. As a result, players capable of operating in tight areas and beating a challenge do not come cheap. Just ask anyone who will be looking to sign Wilfried Zaha from Crystal Palace this summer.
But the Ivorian’s 163 completed take-ons in 2019/20 was not enough to secure him top spot. That honour fell to Wolverhampton Wanderers’ Adama Traore who completed 183 in total, while playing over 600 fewer minutes than Zaha.
Two other others breached the 100 mark, while there are a few perhaps surprise names filling out the Premier League’s top 10 for the 2019/20 season. So, who made it?
