10. Cole Palmer
- GW38 fixture: Nottingham Forest (A)
- Predicted points: 5.2
Cole Palmer has not had his best season but the Chelsea star has still managed 15 goals and 10 assists, leading to him being the third highest-scoring player in the game. The issues preventing him being higher up the list are twofold.
Firstly, he has only scored one goal since Gameweek 22 and secondly, Nottingham Forest away represents a challenging fixture for the Blues. Both teams are chasing Champions League football however, so should be highly motivated to play well.

9. Kevin De Bruyne
- GW38 fixture: Fulham (A)
- Predicted points: 5.2
Kevin De Bruyne waved farewell to Manchester City fans at the Etihad Stadium this week but there’s still one more game to go. Hub AI is predicting the midfielder to play 75 minutes against Fulham — and if that is correct, he could be one of the best points scorers in Gameweek 38.
De Bruyne came away from Gameweek 37 empty handed but missed a huge opportunity to score from a few yards out – hitting the bar with his 0.82 Expected Goals chance.
8. Evanilson
- GW38 fixture: Ipswich (A)
- Predicted points: 5.3
Bournemouth’s fixture against Ipswich Town is one of the best of the week. Only Southampton have conceded more than the Tractor Boys’ 79 goals. It could be a case of targeting the Cherries’ attackers then, and Evanilson is one of the best bets. The Brazilian has 10 goals and five assists this season, with his xG per start of 0.45 well ahead of his teammates.
7. Raul Jimenez
- GW38 fixture: Man City (H)
- Predicted points: 5.3
Fulham’s penalty taker has scored in each of his last two league matches, breaking a goalless run that stretched back to Gameweek 29. The Mexican international has 12 goals and three assists this campaign and could be the one to break through Man City’s defence.
6. Antoine Semenyo
- GW38 fixture: Ipswich (A)
- Predicted points: 5.3
Antoine Semenyo is the second Bournemouth attacker on Hub AI’s list, highlighting the strength of their appeal in Gameweek 38. Semenyo has nine goals and seven assists, two behind Justin Kluivert. But the attraction of Semenyo is his minutes.
He has averaged 86 per appearance in the league, significantly more than the likes of Kluivert and Evanilson. Semenyo is also a shot monster, with only Palmer and Mo Salah having more than his 121.

5. Ollie Watkins
- GW38 fixture: Man Utd (A)
- Predicted points: 5.3
Ollie Watkins was the big transfer target of Gameweek 37, with 759,000 new owners for his assist against Tottenham Hotspur. The Aston Villa forward offers points potential for Gameweek 38, facing a Manchester United side who contested the Europa League final on Wednesday.
Rotation could once again be a factor for the Red Devils, who have nothing to play for in their final game. Meanwhile Villa need a win to boost their chances of earning a Champions League place.
4. Gabriel Martinelli
- GW38 fixture: Southampton (A)
- Predicted points: 5.6
Arsenal’s fixture against Southampton is another that looks strong on paper, although Saints somehow managed to stop Man City scoring in Gameweek 36. Despite looking more solid in recent weeks, the league’s bottom side have conceded the most goals over the season (84).
Gabriel Martinelli has eight goals and four assists this season and has started the Gunners’ last six league matches.
3. Erling Haaland
- GW38 fixture: Fulham (A)
- Predicted points: 6.0
Erling Haaland has 21 goals in 30 games, with his 20.98 xG bettered only by Salah. He is back in the Man City lineup after an extended injury absence and has played 90 and 82 minutes in his last two league appearances.
Hub AI rates him as the third-highest predicted points scorer despite struggling for goals – much like many of the premium picks of late.

2. Mo Salah
- GW38 fixture: Crystal Palace (H)
- Predicted points: 6.8
Mo Salah has an impressive 46 league goal involvements, 17 more than his nearest rival. He is just one short of tying the all-time Premier League goal involvements record. And he could finally hit the milestone in front of the Anfield crowd in what should be a party atmosphere for the league champions.
1. Bukayo Saka
- GW38 fixture: Southampton (A)
- Predicted points: 7.0
There’s not much to separate the top two but Hub AI gives the edge to Saka – the leading pick for Arsenal’s Southampton clash. This points projection is based on the England star playing 77 minutes.
But fantasy managers looking to bring him in should keep an eye out for team leaks before committing to the move. There’s a chance Mikel Arteta could rotate with the Champions League guaranteed.
