Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain meet in the 2025 Club World Cup final at the MetLife Stadium on Sunday 13th July at 8pm (UK time). The Blues are looking to win the trophy for the second time, while PSG are hoping to add the world crown to their European one. This game will be broadcast live in the UK on DAZN and Channel 5. Find our best bets and match preview below, which includes a 10/1 Bet Builder.

PSG to Win & Under 4.5 Goals (11/10 with BetMGM)

Luis Enrique’s team have enjoyed a magnificent season and they can cap things off with the Club World Cup trophy on Sunday. This team have already surpassed their club-record wins tally, with their semi-final win being their 48th victory of the season.

PSG have kept a clean sheet in five of their six games at the 2025 Club World Cup. None of those matches have featured over four goals, and although Chelsea can provide issues for the Parisiens, Enrique’s team emerge victorious.

Ousmane Dembele to Score & Achraf Hakimi to Assist (10/1 with BetMGM)

I’ve also had a little tickle on a 10/1 Bet Builder consisting of Dembele to score and Hakimi to assist. The French forward bagged 21 goals in 29 appearances at an average of 1.1 goals per 90 minutes in Ligue 1 in 2024-25 and managed another eight in the Champions League. The 28-year-old has two at the Club and can add to his tally of two at this tournament, against the Blues.

Achraf Hakimi has been a huge part of PSG’s triumphs this season at both ends of the pitch. The Moroccan has recorded 13 assists in total across all competitions, with two of those coming at the Club World Cup. Hakimi is priced at 5/1 as a single to provide an assist on Sunday, with those odds implying just a 16.7% chance of success. In the Champions League, he managed an assist in five of 17 appearances (29.4%), so I feel we are getting a nice bit of value by adding him to our bet builder here.

How both teams go into Chelsea vs PSG

Chelsea are in the Club World Cup final for the third time. Their first brought defeat to Corinthians in 2012, while they won the trophy in their second appearance nine years later. They were the last European team not to win a Club World Cup final, and they’ll be looking to avoid becoming the first club to lose two finals.

The Blues finished second in their group after winning two of their three games, losing to Flamengo. However, Chelsea ultimately took the better route to the final. Enzo Maresca’s side beat Benfica, Palmeiras and Fluminense on their way to Sunday’s showpiece. They are massive underdogs, though.

PSG are looking to cap off an excellent season. They won all three domestic trophies available to them, as well as the Champions League. That victory over Inter Milan earned PSG a spot in the revived Intercontinental Cup later this year. They actually won their spot at the Club World Cup as a result of their Uefa coefficient over the qualifying period.

But they have been performing as European champions. PSG also won two of their three group games, losing to Botafogo. But they finished top of the three-way head-to-head with Botafogo and Atletico Madrid. Luis Enrique’s side knocked Inter Miami out of the last-16, before sending two European giants packing. Both Bayern Munich and Real Madrid failed to stop the PSG train, and trophy five of 2024-25 is in their sights.

Chelsea team news

Liam Delap and Levi Colwill are both available for Chelsea after their suspensions. But Tosin Adarabioyo and Joao Pedro will be fighting to keep their spots in the starting XI. Chelsea will also hope to have Romeo Lavia available after injury.

PSG team news

Lucas Hernandez and Willian Pacho are both still out for PSG. The pair were handed two-match bans for their red cards in the quarter-final win over Bayern Munich.

Chelsea vs PSG head-to-head

PSG have won three of their eight games against Chelsea, including each of the past two. But these two sides haven’t met since 2016.
