10. Enzo Le Fee vs Fulham (H) – 4.7 Predicted Points
Sunderland midfielder Enzo Le Fee has the routes to points given that he’s involved in their set pieces, sharing corners with Granit Xhaka and penalties with Habib Diarra. The Black Cats suffered a defeat on opening weekend away at promoted Ipswich Town, but will be hoping to bounce back at the Stadium of Light following the midweek off.

Manchester United are among the favourites for a clean sheet in Gameweek 2 as they entertain promoted Ipswich Town at Old Trafford. They’ll need to improve their performance from the 2-0 defeat to Hull City last time out, with Maguire having two shots and creating two chances in that loss. They kept six shut-outs in 17 games under Michael Carrick last season.
8. Alexander Isak vs Nottingham Forest (H) – 4.9 Predicted Points
Liverpool battled back to rescue a point against Newcastle United at St. James’ Park last time out, but it wasn’t striker Alexander Isak on spot-kicks against his old club. That does dent his appeal as a fantasy asset, but he was lively in that game with four shots on goal, including two big chances. His fortunes could improve against Nottingham Forest.
7. Bukayo Saka vs Aston VIlla (A) – 5.0 Predicted Points
Bukayo Saka was largely overlooked as a fantasy asset for the beginning of the campaign due to his late return from the World Cup. He scored in Arsenal’s 3-0 opening day win against promoted Coventry City, with three shots and two key passes in a 67 minute performance. His ownership has now tipped over the 10% differential threshold.
6. Dominik Szoboszlai vs Nottingham Forest (H) – 5.2 Predicted Points
Fantasy managers are cementing Dominik Szoboszlai in their teams. He has 150,000 new owners ahead of Gameweek 2, taking his ownership over 40% after converting emphatically from the penalty spot. We have seen that he is dominant across Liverpool’s set pieces, having also taken six corners and five free-kicks.
5. Virgil Van Dijk vs Nottingham Forest (H) – 5.2 Predicted Points
Nottingham Forest are yet to score a goal in this campaign as they work through teething problems under Oliver Glasner. That sees Liverpool among the favourites for a clean sheet in Gameweek 2, with Virgil Van DIjk their favoured fantasy pick. He scored six goals last season and already hit the defensive contribution bonus against Newcastle last time out.
4. Bryan Mbeumo vs Ipswich Town (H) – 5.2 Predicted Points
Bryan Mbeumo played advanced in Gameweek 1, with seven touches in the box and four shots on goal. However, he failed to convert his one big chance, with Manchester United goalless in that game. There will be pressure on them to provide an improved attacking performance in their first home game of the season against promoted Ipswich.
3. Gabriel vs Aston VIlla (A) – 5.4 Predicted Points
After 19 clean sheets last season, it wasn’t a surprise to see Arsenal off the mark with a clean sheet against Coventry City in Gameweek 1. Gabriel ended that game as their lowest scoring defender after picking up a yellow card, with both full-backs registering an attacking return. He’s still projected to be the superior pick in this game though, justifying his price tag.
2. Erling Haaland vs Crystal Palace (A) – 6.2 Predicted Points
Erling Haaland dominated the captaincy conversation last time out but has been pushed down into second place for his trip to Crystal Palace. He registered five shots against Bournemouth, including one headed attempt, but there’s pressure on him now following a bold hair cut to restore his goalscoring power. He has five goals in four at Selhurst Park.
1. Bruno Fernandes vs Ipswich Town (H) – 6.8 Predicted Points
Manchester United remain favourites to win and dominate against Ipswich Town, led by captain Bruno Fernandes who won the PFA Player of the Year award on Tuesday evening. He produced a goal involvement in every home game under Michael Carrick last season, with five double digit hauls in nine games. He’s a sound captain pick.
