Using data from previous tournaments and qualifying, we’ve tasked our model with creating some World Cup AI predictions with correct score picks on every match at this summer’s tournament.
Our AI predictor combines data from qualifying matches, previous World Cups, bookmakers and more to determine the most likely correct score outcome from the game.
As the tournament progresses, the model will focus more heavily on the games that have already taken place within the tournament and it will look beyond results to input shot, possession and general match momentum data to see where value may lie.
Senegal vs France
This is tighter than France’s reputation alone would suggest, and the market is treating it as a low-scoring game. France are favourites, but not at a blowout price, while BTTS No is much shorter than Yes and the correct-score board has 1-0 and 0-0 right at the front. Their recent profile supports the favourite tag: 5 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat, just over two goals per match, and four clean sheets.
Senegal are the reason I would not go beyond 1-0. Their recent run is excellent at 6 wins, 2 draws and no defeats, with only 0.25 goals conceded per match and six clean sheets. That defensive record makes a France multi-goal win less attractive, especially with Senegal’s results clustering around controlled, low-margin games. France still have the higher attacking ceiling, but the cleanest read is a narrow edge rather than domination.
AI prediction: Senegal 0-1 France

Iraq vs Norway
Norway are the clearest favourite in this set after Portugal and Colombia, and their recent numbers are hard to ignore. They arrive with an 8-0-0 recent record, averaging 4.62 goals per match, with statement wins including 4-1 away to Italy, 4-1 against Estonia and 5-0 against Israel. The market agrees, putting Norway around 1.20 and making 0-2 the shortest correct score.
Iraq are not a complete mismatch, but their profile is more about resilience than chasing a game. They have been competitive, with 4 wins, 2 draws and 2 defeats, yet averaged only 1.00 goal per match and failed to score twice. That makes BTTS No a sensible lean. Norway’s attacking level should create enough chances to win by two, but Iraq’s defensive organisation keeps me off 0-3 as the main call.
AI prediction: Iraq 0-2 Norway

Argentina vs Algeria
Argentina are priced as strong favourites, but the correct-score market is not screaming for a rout. The shortest scores are 1-0 and 2-0, with under 3.5 goals well supported and BTTS No shorter than Yes. Because the feed did not provide a clean recent Argentina form sample, I would weight the market more heavily here, and it points toward Argentina control with limited concession risk.
Algeria’s recent form is strong enough to respect: 5 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat, only 0.50 goals conceded per match, and five clean sheets. The drawback is that they also failed to score three times, including a recent 0-2 loss to Nigeria and a 0-0 against Congo DR. That makes a low-event Argentina win the most natural shape. I prefer 2-0 over 1-0 because Argentina should eventually turn territorial control into a second goal.
AI prediction: Argentina 2-0 Algeria

Austria vs Jordan
Austria look like the right favourite and the market is quite firm on them, with the home win around 1.34 and 2-0 narrowly the shortest correct score. Their recent sample is strong: 6 wins, 1 draw and 1 defeat, averaging 2.75 goals per match, conceding only 0.50, and keeping four clean sheets. That blend of scoring output and defensive stability fits a controlled win-to-nil.
Jordan are competitive enough to avoid a careless blowout prediction. Their recent record of 3 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats is respectable, and results like 3-0 away to Oman and 1-1 against Korea Republic show they can compete above their market rating. The issue is consistency in attack, with three blanks in the eight-match sample. Austria’s tempo and penalty-box volume should be the difference, making 2-0 stronger than 1-0 or 2-1.
AI prediction: Austria 2-0 Jordan
