Real Madrid and Juventus face off in the last 16 of the Club World Cup on Tuesday at 8pm (UK time). The European giants doing battle at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida. The match will be available to watch on DAZN and sees the team that topped Group H, Real Madrid, taking on the side who finished second in Group G, Juventus.
Real Madrid to win and both teams to score (12/5 with bet365)
Real Madrid and Juventus have tended to put on entertaining affairs whenever they have met in recent years. Both teams have found the net in six of their last seven head-to-heads and there have been four red cards in those matches.
While there may not be a dismissal in this match, both teams to find the net looks a solid play considering the fact that the Serie A side scored 11 times in the group stage. Real Madrid also have one of the most dangerous attacks in the world, particularly if Kylian Mbappe recovers from the illness which has kept him out of this tournament so far.
Juventus can be expected to get on the scoresheet but just as in their last game against Manchester City, their opponents’ attacking prowess could prove the difference, Real Madrid to win and both teams to score is the selection.
Gonzalo Garcia to score first (13/2 with AK Bets)
While Kylian Mbappe could feature in the match, he may not be fit to start and Real youngster Gonzalo Garcia could line up as a striker in the Frenchman’s absence.
Garcia already has two goals at this tournament, scoring against Al Hilal and Red Bull Salzburg. And he could open the scoring against a Juventus defence who leaked five against Man City in their last group game.

Real Madrid vs Juventus odds
How both teams go into Real Madrid vs Juventus
Real Madrid went off as favourites for the Club World Cup but since then they have dropped back in the betting as they bid to win the competition for a record sixth time. Los Blancos have made a big push to win this competition, with new manager Xabi Alonso bringing in Premier League pair Trent Alexander-Arnold and Dean Huijsen as they look to wrap up the first edition of this expanded 32-team tournament.
Madrid opened their campaign with a 1-1 draw against Al-Hilal and looked in trouble in their second game against Mexican side Pachuca as they were reduced to 10 men after seven minutes. Nevertheless they bounced back to win that game 3-1 and followed that with a comfortable 3-0 success over Red Bull Salzburg to wrap up top spot in their group.
But this clash with Juventus represents their toughest task yet. The Old Lady netted 11 goals in their three group games, thanks to dominant wins over Al Ain and Wydad AC. However, they were outclassed in a 5-2 defeat by Man City in their final group match. Juventus will have to improve upon that performance if they are to reach the last eight.
Real Madrid team news
Real Madrid will hope to have Kylian Mbappe available after illness, but the Frenchman may not start. Raul Asencio will be available after serving a one-game suspension for his red card against Pachuca.
Juventus team news
Nicolo Savona suffered an injury in the defeat to Man City and has been ruled out for the rest of the tournament. Federico Gatti had replaced him against Man City, but the Italian is suffering with a fever. Bremer and Daniele Rugani are the replacement centre-back options.
Real Madrid vs Juventus head-to-head
It’s been seven years since these two sides last met, in the 2017-18 Champions League quarter-finals. Real Madrid won that tie 4-3 on aggregate, but there was a 1-3 away win for Juventus.
