How both teams go into Bournemouth vs Leicester
After flirting with a Champions League push, Bournemouth’s European hopes now look all but over. The Cherries are 10th on 53 points, two points adrift of eighth, which could still be enough for the Conference League depending on outcomes elsewhere. That’s not an uncatchable total, but Andoni Iraola’s men are off form and look out of gas. That said, they can still be immensely proud of their achievements so far and will now look to seal a top-half finish at the very least.
Leicester, of course, are already relegated but supporters will be incredibly frustrated, with the Foxes discovering some grit and determination. Leicester have taken four points from their last two games, beating Southampton 2-0 at home before coming from behind to salvage a 2-2 draw away at high-flying local rivals Nottingham Forest. Bournemouth team news
Alex Scott came off injured against Aston Villa, with his status now unknown. Ryan Christie and Enes Unal’s seasons are over, as is likely the case for Dango Ouattara and Luis Sinisterra.

Bobby Reid, Abdul Fatawu, Mads Hermansen and Stephy Mavidi are all out for the season, while Ricardo Pereira is also unlikely to feature again.
