Pawson was the man in the middle for Everton’s 3-0 home defeat to Tottenham Hotspur last month. He only showed two yellow cards, both to Everton players. James Garner was booked for a foul, while Jack Grealish was cautioned for dissent, unhappy with the lack of further punishment after he was fouled by Rodrigo Bentancur.
