If you weren’t already aware or have been living under a rock, the Bundesliga is one of the most exciting leagues in world football. This season more than ever.
Whereas the Premier League and Ligue 1 have been one-horse races this campaign, over in Germany as many as four clubs have been trading leather for domestic supremacy, despite usual table-toppers Bayern Munich currently leading the charge.

And it’s not just the showpiece footballers on display that make for a riveting watch. Up and down the country clubs are steeped in tradition, boast fervent fanbases and showcase tifos aplenty. From a real-life goat mascot to Europe’s youngest manager, the Bundesliga has a truly unique quality.
And the German government has just given the green light for the Bundesliga to resume later this month, so dust off your football cap and get ready to indulge in some top-flight action as the likes of Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig gear themselves up for a return to the field.
