Group C of the World Cup 2026 saw five time champions, Brazil, come out on top despite a draw with Morocco in their opening game.
The Selecao recovered excellently from that draw with the Atlas Lions to secure back-to-back 3-0 wins over Haiti and Scotland.
The Tartan Army are not out of the competition yet but will need favours from elsewhere if they’re to finish as one of the eight best third-placed teams.

Matchday One provided plenty of drama, with Brazil having to come from behind to salvage a draw against Morocco, while Scotland beat outsiders Haiti 1-0.
Matchday Two gave Morocco a victory, with Scotland being defeated. That result left Morocco in a great position to advance from Group C. Brazil also got their first win of the tournament against Haiti, sending them top.
There were no shocks on the final day as Brazil eased to a 3-0 victory over Scotland while Morocco overcame a scare against Haiti to run out 4-2 winners and finish the group in second place.
