Wolves vs Manchester United predicted XIs: Confirmed team news and probable lineups
Wolves will look to leapfrog Manchester United in the Premier League table when the two teams meet on Thursday night at Molineux.
The Midlands club are 11th in the table, just three points behind Manchester United, and after a strong run of results at home, Gary O’Neil’s team will feel they can pull of another scalp as they look to heap more misery on Erik ten Hag.

Wolves boss O’Neil is still without forward Hwang Hee-Chan and midfielder Boubacar Traore, who are away on international duty at the Asian Cup and Africa Cup of Nations respectively.
Joao Gomes will miss out through suspension, while Pablo Sarabia is a doubt due to a calf injury. However, left-back Rayan Ait-Nouri is available due to Algeria’s early exit from AFCON.
United boss Erik ten Hag will make a late decision on whether to include Marcus Rashford in his starting XI, with the striker at the centre of an “internal disciplinary matter”.
Right-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a doubt, while Mason Mount, Anthony Martial, Tyrell Malacia and Victor Lindelof are all still in the treatment room trying to recover from injuries.
Holding midfielder Sofyan Amrabat will likely have only recently returned from AFCON and will not feature, but goalkeeper Andre Onana is available for selection.
