Ranked: The fastest players on EA FC 25
EA FC 25 is now out to those with Early Access.
It’s the second iteration of the popular game since its name changed from FIFA to EA FC. But whatever the game, Pace is still key.
Just look at Rodri. One of the best players in the world, but on EA FC he’s generally unusable because of his Pace — or lack of it. On the flip side, some more average players in real life will be favourites on EA FC because of their speed.

There are 39 players with starting Pace of at least 93, including some favourites such as Adama Traore, Jeremie Frimpong and Sheraldo Becker. But who are those with 94 Pace and above, constituting the fastest players on EA FC 25?
The list below does not include ICONs, Heroes or any other special cards that might have got upgrades. Only base cards that would also be available in other parts of the game, but with a focus on their Ultimate Team stats.
=8. Inaki Williams
- Club: Athletic Bilbao
- Pace: 94
Now 30, Inaki Williams still remains one of the fastest players in FC 25. As players age, EA Sports normally drop their Pace, but Williams has now had a starting Pace of 94 for the past six games, since his improvement from 93 in FIFA 19.
=8. Kevin Schade
- Club: Brentford
- Pace: 94
When Kevin Schade has his first card in FIFA 22, the German midfielder had a starting Pace of 69. Once the researchers at EA Sports got to see him in action properly, he jumped to
94 Pace in FIFA 23. He’s kept that Pace now into EA FC 25, though still only 72 rated overall.
=8. Trinity Rodman
- Club: Washington Spirit
- Pace: 94
There are just three women among the fastest players in EA FC 25, one of whom is Trinity Rodman. The Washington Spirit forward was part of the USA Women side that won gold medal at the Olympics this summer, but she has kept her overall of 84. In EA FC 24, Rodman had two Ultimate Team cards go up to 99 Pace.
=8. Rosemonde Kouassi
- Club: Washington Spirit
- Pace: 94
Rosemonde Kouassi has kept her Pace of 94 from EA FC 24, but she has changed clubs. Last season Kouassi was playing in France with Fleury, but she has now joined Rodman at Washington Spirit.
=8. Nestory Irankunda
- Club: Bayern Munich
- Pace: 94
Last season, Nestory Irankunda was a 62-rated Bronze card playing for Adelaide United in the A-League Men. He had Pace of 89, but that has now been boosted to 94 since his move to Bayern Munich. Now, Irankunda is technically with Bayern Munich II, but when it comes to Ultimate Team, he’s linked with Bayern Munich’s first team.
=8. Rafael Leao
- Club: AC Milan
- Pace: 94
Rafael Leao has enjoyed a boost in his Pace from last season, jumping up one to 94. Joining the top players, Leao has interestingly never gone between games without his Pace changing. After decreasing between FIFA 20 and FIFA 21, Leao seen his Pace increase with the seasons from 86 to his new 94.
=8. Tabitha Chawinga
- Club: Lyon Women
- Pace: 94
Tabitha Chawinga is the latest player to make the switch across France’s top clubs, joining Lyon Women this summer. Although her move from PSG Women wasn’t direct, as she was on loan with the club from Wuhan last season. Nevertheless, she is now a Lyon Women player and has kept her Pace of 94.
=3. Yankuba Minteh
- Club: Brighton
- Pace: 95
Yankuba Minteh enjoyed himself in the Eredivisie last season, on loan at Feyenoord from Newcastle. Now he is back in the Premier League, this time with Brighton. And fans will be excited to play with him on EA FC 25. The winger has seen his Pace boosted by seven to 95, and part of an overall jump from 65 to 74.
=3. Theo Hernandez
- Club: AC Milan
- Pace: 95
After two years with an overall of 85, Theo Hernandez has been boosted to 87 on EA FC 25. Generally one of the best left-backs on the game, Hernandez may be the top option outside of Icons and Heroes now — particularly for those French links. And he’s also seen a boost in his Pace, from 93 in EA FC 24 to 95 this year. We just know that’s going to be an expensive card in Ultimate Team.

=3. Moussa Diaby
- Club: Al-Ittihad
- Pace: 95
Moussa Diaby’s Pace has changed a lot over the years, and this is the first time it has stayed the same. After a boost to 95 last year, Diaby has kept his pace in EA FC 25. Unfortunately, he now plays in Saudi Arabia and Al-Ittihad and may not get as much love as he did while in Europe.
=3. Vinicius Jr
- Club: Real Madrid
- Pace: 95
As you’d expect, Vinicius Jr is once again one of the fastest players on EA FC. The Brazilian has had 95 Pace since FIFA 21 when he was just 80 rated. As his overall has progress to 90 in EA FC 25, Vinicius Jr has kept his Pace. Obviously, EA Sports don’t want to make the Brazilian too powerful. They need room for him to grow with special cards on Ultimate Team.
=3. Alphonso Davies
- Club: Bayern Munich
- Pace: 95
Despite his overall dropping once again, Alphonso Davies has kept his Pace of 95. The Canadian was 84 rated in FIFA 23, but has dropped by one in each of the past two editions to 82 to EA FC 25. He has seen a decrease in his Passing, Defending and Physical, but Pace remains the same. Again, he’s a favourite once the special cards come into play with boosts elsewhere.
2. Karim Adeyemi
- Club: Borussia Dortmund
- Pace: 96
Karim Adeyemi was the second-fastest player in EA FC 24, and he’s kept that crown this year. The German once again boasts Pace of 96 in EA FC 25, despite the decrease in his overall. The Pace of 96 is relatively recent for Adeyemi, who had 93 Pace in FIFA 23. But his drop in Shooting and Physical could be a bit of a problem.
1. Kylian Mbappe
- Club: Real Madrid
- Pace: 97
Who else would it be? Kylian Mbappe once again sits clear as the fastest player in EA FC 25, with 97 Pace. This is now the fourth edition of the game in which Mbappe has had 97 Pace, after three years with 96 Pace from FIFA 19 to FIFA 21. Some players will only be able to dream of playing with Mbappe in EA FC 25.
