Eder Militao transfer news: Tottenham favourites to sign Real Madrid defender
Tottenham are the current favourites with Sky Bet to sign Real Madrid defender Eder Militao during the January Transfer Window.
Signed for €50m from Porto in 2019, Militao has fallen down the pecking order in the Spanish capital behind Sergio Ramos, Raphael Varane and Nacho and has been limited to just three appearances in all competitions this season.
Having been overlooked by Brazil boss Tito due to his lack of game time for Los Blancos, Militao is reportedly keen to secure first-team football with Premier League clubs reportedly interested in a January deal.
Tottenham are the current favourites to sign the 23-year-old at 4/1 with Jose Mourinho said to be pushing for the move this month.
Liverpool, who remain without long-term absentees Virgil van Dijk and Joe Gomez, have also been linked and are currently priced at 5/1.
There is also speculation over a move to Germany however with Bayern Munich reportedly seeing the defender as a possible long-term replacement for David Alaba who is poised to leave the club this summer.
