Champions League draw CONFIRMED: Every Premier League team’s league phase fixtures

The Champions League is almost back and with it comes everyone’s favourite administrative process of the European football season – the league phase draw.

We now know which teams the Premier League sides will be facing at this stage of the competition and there are some mouth-watering fixtures set to take place.

Last season’s runners-up Arsenal will take on the giants of Real Madrid and Bayern Munich while also facing a tough trip to south Italy to take on Napoli.

Liverpool’s draw has arguably been the kindest as they avoid the likes of Barcelona, Real Madrid and PSG. The Reds’ two pot one opponents will be Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid.

Manchester United will also take on Atletico Madrid at the Wanda Metropolitano, while welcoming Harry Kane’s Bayern Munich to Old Trafford.

Manchester City will face reigning champions PSG. The Citizens also travel to Barcelona, Porto and RB Leipzig in a potentially tricky draw for Enzo Maresca and his team.

Like City, Aston Villa are set to play PSG in front of their own fans while also travelling to Barcelona. Trips to Galatasaray and Slavia Prague also await the Villains.

Champions League 2026/27 betting markets

Paris Saint-Germain begin the defence of a trophy they won the hard way. Les Parisiens saw off Bayern Munich 6-5 on aggregate in the semi-finals, winning a remarkable 5-4 at the Parc des Princes, before edging Arsenal on penalties in the final. 1-1 after extra time, 4-3 from the spot. They head the market at 5/1 with bet365.

Behind them it is congested. Barcelona, Arsenal and Bayern are all 6/1, Real Madrid 7/1 and Manchester City 8/1, with Liverpool out at 12/1 after finishing fifth in the Premier League.

Arsenal are the ones to watch. The Gunners were comfortably the best defensive side in England last season, conceding 27 goals in 38 games and keeping 19 clean sheets, and they came within a shoot-out of the lot. Sides that good rarely drift far. The Citizens, who scored 77 league goals, look a touch generous at 8/1.

For those wanting a bigger price, Inter at 28/1 and Atlético Madrid at 33/1 carry each-way appeal, while Napoli and Borussia Dortmund are both 40/1.
