3. Bruno Fernandes (Man Utd)
- GW38 opponent: Brighton (A)
- Predicted points: 5.4
Bruno Fernandes has to be in the conversation after his phenomenal campaign. The Manchester United midfielder has amassed 31 goal involvements from 34 starts to be the best midfielder in the game. He’s blanked just three times in the Michael Carrick era, with three goals and nine assists in this time.
Last time out he notched his 20th Premier League assist of the season, equalling the record set by Kevin De Bruyne and Thierry Henry. He was hungry for more too, so expect him to chase the record outright against Brighton and Hove Albion.
Fernandes put in a phenomenal performance in the 3-2 win against Nottingham Forest, with five shots on goal. He also created eight chances, including two big chance creations, with set pieces — including penalties — remaining a key route to fantasy points.

2. Gabriel (Arsenal)
- GW38 opponent: Crystal Palace (A)
- Predicted points: 5.8
Gabriel continues to make the captaincy conversation, having averaged almost eight points per game in the last four gameweeks alone. Arsenal will be celebrating at Crystal Palace on Sunday, as they lift a long-awated Premier League title.
It’s difficult to predict the impact for their on-pitch performance, but minutes should be important six days ahead of the Champions League final. David Raya has secured the Golden Glove with 19 clean sheets, but will be looking to make it a landmark 20 in this one.
The Gunners have kept clean sheets in four consecutive games as they ground out results to secure the title, with Gabriel registering one defensive contribution bonus and five bonus points in this spell. He has eight goal involvements this season.
1. Erling Haaland (Man City)
- GW38 opponent: Aston Villa (H)
- Predicted points: 7.5
Manchester City are at home on the final day, with Erling Haaland once again topping the AI rankings as the best captain pick. They have nothing to play for after failing to beat Bournemouth on Tuesday night, handing the title to Arsenal.
However, they will be celebrating FA and Carabao Cup victories this season, with it potentially being Pep Guardiola’s last game in charge, and Bernardo Silva and John Stones among the departing players. Haaland will also be awarded with the Golden Boot.
This will be the third time he’s won it in four seasons, having scored 27 goals. He has scored in five successive league games to help that tally, where he sits top for big chances (10) and shots (20) on goal. He will be hungry to improve this tally in his final appearance.
