After an exhilarating midsummer mini-tournament in the Portuguese capital, we now know the winners of another Champions League final.

Since the 1992 rebrand there have been many iconic moments across the continent, from Louis van Gaal’s Ajax beating AC Milan in 1995, to an unexpected triumph from Porto in 2004.

And that got us thinking about the starting XIs from each final. Ajax boasted the likes of Clarence Seedorf and Jari Litmanen all those years ago, while Porto had Deco and Ricardo Carvalho, but can you remember some of the outfield sides from other Champions League finals, recent and old?
