The 2023/24 Premier League season is now well underway – read on for all the vital information you need ahead of what is proving to be another thrilling campaign.
Manchester City were crowned Premier League champions for the third time in a row, last season. It’s certainly been the era of City, and Pep Guardiola, in recent years. Can anybody stop the blue side of Manchester from making it four in a row?
Burnley and Sheffield United were the sides that won automatic promotion to the Premier League, whilst Luton Town won ‘The Richest Game in Football’ when they beat Coventry City in the Championship Playoffs. It’s a return to the Premier League for both Burnley and Sheffield United but this is Luton’s first time playing in the top division.
Southampton, Leeds and Leicester City dropped out of the Premier League last season, all facing relegation in a tight race to avoid the drop. They’ll all be looking to bounce straight back but could find that a hard prospect in a very competitive Championship.
