Most Serie A clean sheets 2024-25: Top 10 standings for this season

Serie A is stereotypically the league for defensive masterclasses, so it is no surprise that there are a number of top-level goalkeepers in the Italian top flight.
We’ve got another defensively strong season in 2024-25, after six goalkeepers kept 10+ clean sheets in 2023-24.
Yann Sommer came out on top with 19, finishing one clear of Vanja Milinkovic-Savic. Also among the goalkeepers with double digits for clean sheets were Wojciech Szczesny (15) and Mike Maignan (10). But, it’s worth remembering that Maignan did play fewer minutes than any of the other goalkeepers with 10+ clean sheets. The Frenchman played 2,609 minutes in total across 29 matches.
Of course, goalkeeping is about more than just clean sheets. Saves matter too. Four goalkeepers broke 100 for saves in Serie A last season, with Michele Di Gregorio coming out on top on 127 in total. He was two clear of second-placed Wladimiro Falcone, but played around 550 fewer minutes. Lorenzo Montipo (106) and Milinkovic-Savic (103) were the other two goalkeepers with a century of saves.
But that is now history. Who will come out on top for clean sheets and saves for the 2024-25 season? Szczesny left Juventus and (temporarily) retired to be replaced by Di Gregorio, while David de Gea has joined Fiorentina, but we’ve already got eight shot-stoppers on 10+ clean sheets.
Below, you can keep track of which goalkeepers have recorded the most clean sheets and saves during the 2024-25 campaign.
