Unbeaten duo looking to continue progress
Back-to-back Premier League defeats have seen Manchester United slip into the bottom half of the top-flight table and Ruben Amorim will hope that the Europa League can offer a safe harbour for the beleaguered Red Devils.

However, there is still work to do for Amorim’s side if they are to progress to the knockout stage of the Europa League and that starts with Thursday’s trip to Plzen.
The home side are also undefeated in this season’s Europa League and Miroslav Koubek’s men will be eyeing a place in the knockout rounds of the competition.

Viktoria Plzen vs Man Utd Team News
Amorim has been making full use of his squad since arriving at Old Trafford and the Manchester United manager may look to freshen up his side once more for the trip to Plzen.
Left-back Luke Shaw is certainly out of the trip to the Doosan Arena with a long-standing muscle injury and fellow defenders Victor Lindelof and Jonny Evans are major doubts.
Leny Yoro has returned from injury, while Harry Maguire, Tyrell Malacia and Noussair Mazraoui are all pushing for recalls after missing the 3-2 defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Marcus Rashford, Mason Mount, Casemiro, Joshua Zirkzee and Christian Eriksen are among others hoping to land a starting role.
Plzen defender Svetozar Markovic will miss the game through injury, while Prince Kwabena Adu has been absent for the last five matches due to visa issues.
Cory Sene, Christophe Kabongo, Rafiu Durosinmi and Jan Sykora are all long-term absentees.
Koubek is likely to hand a start to former Premier League forward Matej Vydra.
