They’re well-stocked at centre-back and up front, and there’s top-tier experience throughout the lineup, from Aaron Ramsdale and Taylor Harwood-Bellis to Armel Bella-Kotchap, Joe Aribo, Adam Armstrong, and Ben Brereton Diaz.
Will Still may be a fresh face in English football, but his Ligue 1 credentials and the talent around him mean he doesn’t need to pull off miracles. With recent trends favouring relegated sides bouncing straight back, the Saints are a serious contender, and at 11/2, they offer real value.

League One Winner – Luton (7/2 with BetMGM)
Luton have come down from the Premier League, but they haven’t stood still. They’ve regrouped and look primed to assert themselves in League One. After the sting of last season, the Hatters acted with purpose. New manager Matt Bloomfield brings a blend of energy and tactical structure. At the same time, savvy summer additions, including Kal Naismith, George Saville, and Nahki Wells, have added quality and depth throughout the squad.
Packed with players who can thrive at this level, and with Bloomfield’s leadership, Luton are well-positioned for a strong title challenge.
League Two Winner – Chesterfield (7/1 with BetMGM)
Paul Cook has assembled a squad built for promotion at Chesterfield. If they can steer clear of the injury setbacks that plagued them last year, they’ll be a force. Anchored by key players like Chey Dunkley, Kyle McFadzean, and the flair-filled Dilan Markanday, the spine of the team is solid and inventive.
Their recruitment has been on point too, as Zach Hemming provides stability in goal, Ryan Stirk offers midfield control, and Lee Bonis brings a goal-scoring edge. With a supportive board and a clear vision from the dugout, Chesterfield look well-equipped to mount a serious push for top spot.
