Kalidou Koulibaly has been ruled out for Chelsea ahead of the visit from Brighton in the Premier League this weekend.

With a second leg tie against Real Madrid to think about, Frank Lampard could ring the changes for this weekends match with Brighton.
One of those changes will be enforced, with Kalidou Koulibaly limping off against Madrid and being ruled out for “weeks not days”. Another player who could with out is Thiago Silva, with the Brazilian only returning from injury in midweek and he is unlikely to be tasked with three matches within a week.
N’Golo Kante finds himself in a similar situation, retuning from injury against Carlo Ancelotti’s side and should be given a rest this weekend. Cesar Azpilicueta is nearing a return but could find the clash with Brighton a game too early to feature, whilst Armando Broja is sidelined for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
