Roberto Martinez will want a response from his players after they capitulated in Brussels to the Netherlands in their curtain-raising fixture, suffering a 4-1 reversal as Steven Bergwijn and Memphis Depay set to work exposing a Thibaut Courtois-less net. Poland, meanwhile, took down Wales 2-1 thanks to late goals from Jakub Kaminski and Karol Swiderski, giving them an early leg up in Group A4.

Thibaut Courtois pulled out of the Nations League with a groin strain, so 33-capped Simon Mignolet is likely to deputise in his absence, as the former Liverpool man did against the Netherlands. Uncapped duo Lois Openda and Wout Faes will be eyeing up their international debuts, while the usual suspects are expected to lead the team out, with Kevin De Bruyne and Eden Hazard all in line to start. Belgium will be without Romelu Lukaku, however, with the Chelsea striker picking up an ankle injury in the defeat to the Netherlands.
Poland team news
Czeslaw Michniewicz handed Kamil Grabara his international debut against Wales, but it remains to be seen whether the Copenhagen stopper will retain his starting berth between the sticks, or usual gloveman Wojciech Szczesny will come back into the side. New Wolfsburg man Jakub Kaminski came off the bench to net the winner against Wales last week, scoring in just his second cap, so he may be in line here to get a slot from the off.
