Arsenal scorers: Most goals, assists and best players in 23-24

Arsenal came agonisingly close to ending a 19-year Premier League title drought last season.

Mikel Arteta’s side led the table for 248 days but ultimately succumbed to Pep Guardiola’s machine, hampered slightly by injuries at the crucial point in the run-in.

However, it was a breakthrough campaign for many under the Spaniard’s leadership, and his charges have picked up from where they left off.

No player epitomises this new Arsenal more than academy graduate Bukayo Saka who has developed into a consistent attacking threat. He’s already bagged four goals in the Premier League to go with two Champions League strikes. Influential skipper Martin Ødegaard, Leandro Trossard — yet to be guaranteed a starting berth — and Eddie Nketiah are one behind the club’s No.7.

Saka is not only lethal in front of goal but he’s also a creative machine, with eight assists to his name. Gabriel Martinelli and Fábio Vieira are the next closest names with Ødegaard surprisingly providing just one assist to date.
