Now their focus must switch to the FA Cup and avoiding a slip up at Wembley, after being knocked out of at the semi-final stage in each of the last three seasons, after defeats to Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. City have stepped it up in recent weeks however, and are currently on a 15-game unbeaten run across all competitions (W12, D3) as look to make it a season to remember.
Sheffield United, on the other hand will be looking to reach their first FA Cup final in 87 years and become just the third Championship side to reach the final two in the competition in the last 30 years after Milwall (2004) and Cardiff (2008). The Blades currently sit seven points clear of third place Luton in the league, as they aim to make it a season to remember with automatic promotion as well a famous day out at Wembley.

Man City vs Sheffield United: Match Stats
After scoring 48 goals in his first 41 games for Man City, Erling Haaland needs two to more goals to set yet another record in his debut season in England. A brace here would see him become the first ever Premier League player to score 50 goals across all competitions in a single season and on recent form, it should be no problem for the Norwegian. Haaland has scored 15 goals in his last seven matches for City, averaging a goal every 34 minutes in that time and scoring two or more goals in four of those seven games, including a hat-trick in his previous FA Cup appearance against Burnley.
Five of Man City’s last six wins across all competitions has seen four or more goals scored in the match, with Pep Guardiola’s side finding the back of the net 28 times in their last seven games (4 goals per game).
