Spain emerged victorious in Group H, ahead of second-placed Cape Verde who made history on their debut by reaching the knockout stages for the first time.
In fact, Cape Verde booked their spot in the knockout stages without losing a single game, after playing out three draws, which included holding Spain to a goalless draw in their opener.
Meanwhile, it was not a successful tournament for Uruguay and Saudi Arabia, who finished third and fourth respectively en route to an early exit.

Spain opened up their Group H campaign with a frustrating goalless draw against Cape Verde on Monday 15th June, with Saudi Arabia and Uruguay also playing out a 1-1 draw in Miami just a few hours later.
Incredibly Cape Verde followed that up with another draw as they played out a thrilling 2-2 with Uruguay in Miami. La Roja on the other hand bounced back to form with a confident 4-0 win over Saudi Arabia.
Spain would go on to beat Uruguay 1-0, while Cape Verde claimed another point in a goalless draw against Saudi Arabia to secure a spot in the next round.
