The most prestigious individual prize in world football will be handed out in Paris this evening.
The Ballon d’Or 2025 ceremony will crown the best players in the game, along with a host of other awards that celebrate outstanding performances, both on and off the field, over the course of the past 12 months.
Fans around the globe will be tuning in to see who takes home the famous “golden ball”, and the good news is, you can watch it live online.

The 2025 Ballon d’Or ceremony is scheduled to begin at 8.00pm UK time on Monday 22 September.
Tune in a little early if you want to catch the arrivals and pre-show interviews, which often start around half an hour before the main awards. Clips of the stars arriving will be posted to the Ballon d’Or X account.
Who will win the Ballon d’Or 2025?
There are two clear frontrunners for the Ballon d’Or 2025: Ousmane Dembélé and Lamine Yamal.
Dembélé is favourite following a remarkable season with PSG, playing a key role in their historic treble. Meanwhile, Yamal – still just a teenager – made waves at Barcelona as they won both La Liga, Copa del Rey, and reached the Champions League last four.
Others in the running include Mohamed Salah and Raphinha, but they are considered long odds to top the podium at Monday’s ceremony.
