Manchester United start life after Ruben Amorim with a Premier League trip to face Burnley at Turf Moor on Wednesday at 8:15pm.
The Portuguese boss was sacked after Man Utd’s draw with Leeds United at the weekend, having expressed his displeasure with the way the club is run.
Man Utd predicted lineup vs Burnley
Man Utd (4-2-3-1): Lammens; Dalot, Martinez, Yoro, Shaw; Casemiro, Fernandes; Lacey, Cunha, Dorgu; Sesko.
The Red Devils have also won just one of their past five league games, drawing the past two. Despite that, Man Utd still sit sixth in the table and are just three points outside the top four.
Man Utd are unbeaten in their past eight away league games against Burnley, winning six and drawing two, since a shock defeat in 2009.
Man Utd team news vs Burnley
There a lot of doubts surrounding Man Utd’s team selection for midweek. The Red Devils will be waiting for updates on Bruno Fernandes, Mason Mount, Matthijs de Ligt, Harry Maguire and Kobbie Mainoo.
Fernandes and Mount are the most likely to be available, and the Man Utd captain could start in midfield alongside Casemiro. There could be a change in formation too, with a move away from Amorim’s 3-4-2-1.
If that’s the case, a 4-2-3-1 seems the most likely, with Ayden Heaven dropping out of the defence. Lisandro Martinez and Leny Yoro should be the centre-back pairing, with De Ligt and Maguire unlikely to be risked from the start if they are available.

Luke Shaw and Diogo Dalot are the likely full-backs, with Patrick Dorgu still playing further forward. Amad Diallo and Bryan Mbeumo remain missing from the attacking options due to the Africa Cup of Nations, while Noussair Mazraoui is also on international duty.
There could be a surprise start for Shea Lacey in attack if Man Utd want to shake things up. But Benjamin Sesko should still lead the line with Matheus Cunha playing behind him.
Who will be in the dugout for Man Utd?
After Amorim’s departure was announced, speculation started surrounding who would replace him. Former Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca was the early favourite after the news broke, with Oliver Glasner, Xavi and Gareth Southgate other names mentioned.
But, for now, Darren Fletcher will take charge. The former Man Utd midfielder had been in charge of the club’s Under-18s with a lot of success. They sit second in the U18 Premier League North table and have some big wins under their belts this season.
Fletcher has previous experience with the first-team too. He was a coach under Amorim as well as Erik ten Hag and Ruud van Nistelrooy. Fletcher as also assistant to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
