2026 World Cup games at Hard Rock Stadium
Hard Rock Stadium will host seven games at the 2026 World Cup, with four coming in the group stage. Two of those matches will take place in Group H on 15th and 21st June. But neither is a decider. The other two group games are deciders, in Group C and Group K — Scotland vs Brazil and Colombia vs Portugal, respectively.
The first knockout game at the Hard Rock Stadium will be in the round of 32 between Group J’s winners and the runners-up of Group H on 3rd July. It will then host one of the quarter-finals and the third-placed play-off — the penultimate game of the 2026 World Cup.

Hard Rock Stadium: History
Despite being an NFL stadium, Hard Rock Stadium has hosted football matches before. In fact, it held eight games during the 2025 Club World Cup, including the opener. Hard Rock Stadium has also hosted the 2024 Copa America final, alongside two group stage matches.
The stadium is the home of the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Hurricanes, the latter being a college football team. It’s hosted six Super Bowls, most recently doing so in 2020.
A previous home of Major League Baseball’s Florida Marlins, the stadium has also hosted two World Series. And, of course, a WrestleMania in 2012.
Like many stadiums at the 2026 World Cup, Hard Rock Stadium has also hosted several concerts. The Who, U2, the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Beyonce, Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga are among those to have performed at the stadium.
