Lamine Yamal vs Bukayo Saka 2024/25 Season Comparison
We asked our followers to see if they could use the Comparison Matrix to try and beat Lamine Yamal’s numbers from last season and in certain instances, Saka certainly came out on top.
Of course with the Comparison Matrix, it really depends what stats you want to see but what’s clear is that these two players are among the greatest wingers, if not players, in world football right now and with Mohamed Salah coming towards the end of his career, they look set to compete for the title of best right winger in football in the coming years.
It’s worth noting that Saka has a few years head start on Yamal, but the Spaniard has already two La Liga titles, a Copa Del Rey and of course Euro 2024 to his trophy cabinet. Saka has an FA Cup to his name, but has some catching up to do here.
With both players still in the early stages of their career, this looks set to be a debate that rages on and on in the coming seasons. Who will come out on top in 2025/26?
