Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique is hoping to call upon Kylian Mbappe in the forthcoming 2023/24 season.
The 24-year-old sees his present deal at the Parc des Princes expire next summer and reported unwillingness to pen a new deal has led to speculation of a departure in the coming weeks.
Prior to signing a new three-year contract in May 2022 the club’s record goalscorer had been associated with a move to Real Madrid and that is where many observers his long-term future lies.

Enrique, who succeeded Christophe Galtier, does not have Mbappe available for PSG’s current Asia tour but the former Barcelona and Spain coach hopes the Frenchman stays amid reports of a move to Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Hilal.
“He is an exceptional player, I hope he can be part of the group and help us this season. It is a delicate subject that goes beyond the players,” he told reporters.
Mbappe is the subject of intense speculation with PSG accepting a world-record offer for his services. Meanwhile, there are also reports the club are considering loaning him out for the season, but there has been no news of his decision as to where he’ll be playing his football.

The defending French champions, who believe he’s already agreed to join Real Madrid for free next summer, have reportedly accepted a £259m bid for Mbappe from Al Hilal and given the Saudi club permission to speak to him.
PSG are determined not to lose Mbappe — who reportedly cost more than £150m when he signed from Monaco in 2017 — for nothing and told him that he will not play for them again if he does not extend his contract.
