Liverpool clash with Leeds this evening with Luis Diaz hoping to make his long awaited comeback from injury.

The big news from the Liverpool camp is that Luis Diaz could feature for the Reds for the first time since October. A knee injury has kept the Colombian sidelined for the majority of the season but he looks set to play some part in proceedings at Elland Road this evening.
“He is 100% ready and training; now we have to reintegrate him. He will be in the squad if nothing happens.
“Yes, absolutely [it is like having a new player]. He is settled, his English is getting better, he has matured and is much more comfortable with everything. We are happy to have him back; he is a breath of fresh air. He can’t train without a smile on his face. We have to see how we can bring him back step by step.”
It will be a welcome return for Diaz with Stefan Bajcetic and Naby Keita both ruled out once again. Bajcetic won’t feature again this season, whilst Keita may have played his last game for the club with injury status being unclear and his contract expiring in the summer.
