Where DFS apps are legal

This is the part worth reading properly, because it is where these apps differ most and where published information is least reliable. Every figure above was checked against the operator’s own eligibility page, not a network feed — when we did that in September 2026, most of the lists we had been given were wrong in one direction or the other.

Three things to hold on to. First, eligibility is decided by where you physically are, not where you live or where you signed up. Second, it is increasingly per-product rather than per-operator — Underdog now publishes separate eligibility for drafts, pick’em and prediction markets, and a state can allow one and refuse another. Third, these lists move, usually without an announcement.
