Here are both squads in full, how they changed, and the players most likely to decide the night.

Players to watch
Sam Surridge (MLS). Scored in last year’s 3-1 win in Austin and arrives with 10 MLS goals this season, leading the line with Messi excused.
Son Heung-min and Thomas Muller (MLS). Two of the highest-profile arrivals in recent MLS history, both voted or picked in, and both with a point to make in their new league.
Salomón Rondón (Liga MX). The former Premier League striker leads the reshaped line, and Liga MX have shown before that they bring their finishing to this fixture.
Juan Brunetta (Liga MX). The Tigres playmaker was MVP of the 4-1 win over MLS in 2024, and he returns as the visitors’ creative reference.
