San Jose Earthquakes, level with Vancouver on 29, lost 3-2 at Dallas after a midweek defeat at Seattle. Real Salt Lake won both midweek and weekend to climb into the West top three on 25. Teams seeded 8 and 9 meet in a single-match Wild Card round; the seven remaining qualifiers enter the Conference Quarterfinals, a best-of-three series. Conference Semifinals, Conference Finals, and MLS Cup are single-elimination matches. MLS Cup 2026 is scheduled for December.
