A solid defense is the bedrock of any successful team, and the Premier League Golden Glove is the award that honors the goalkeeper with the most clean sheets in each Premier League season.

This coveted award has been won a record four times each by two goalkeeping giants, Petr Cech and Joe Hart.

The record for the most clean sheets in a Premier League season belongs to Petr Čech, who kept an incredible 24 Premier League clean sheets for Chelsea during the 2004-05 campaign, a season where their defense was almost impenetrable.

Cech also holds the all-time record for the most clean sheets in Premier League history, with an astounding 202 shutouts during his illustrious career with Chelsea and Arsenal.
