NBA injury report 2026-27: every team, updated daily

This NBA injury report covers all 30 clubs and is rebuilt once a day through the season. The tables show who is out and who is listed day to day, with the injury and the latest word from the feed. Availability is the biggest input to an NBA price. One star ruled out can move a point spread by a few points, which is why the page leads with tonight’s games and the Raptors before the full league list. 19+ (18+ in AB, MB and QC).

Last updated 27 October 2026, 10:47 AM ET. 83 players listed across 26 clubs: 60 out, 23 day to day. Statuses and comments are ESPN’s. If a club or the league says something different, they win.

ESPN’s feed has no entries for Cleveland, Memphis, Miami and Milwaukee, so we can’t tell you who is available there. Check the league’s official injury report for those clubs before tip-off.

Injuries that matter for tonight’s games

4 games today. These are the listed absences for the clubs involved. Statuses move late in the NBA, so check the official report an hour or two before tip-off.

How injuries move NBA lines

The names that move a price are the starters. Rule one out an hour before tip-off and the point spread can shift by a few points, with the moneyline following it. A rotation player nudges a line. Someone who is listed but barely plays does nothing to it, whatever the headline says.

Totals react differently. Losing a lead guard or a rim protector can pull the over/under down, while losing a team’s best defender can push it up, because the direction depends on which end of the floor the absence hurts. Player props are where late news bites. Many books void a prop if the player doesn’t play, and the teammates who pick up his minutes are the ones whose props get mispriced. Check your book’s rules. Our prop bets guide explains settlement.

Rest is a separate question. Some clubs sit a star on the second night of a back-to-back, and no report can promise that in advance. Treat this page as a filter rather than a signal. If a status says Questionable, wait for the update, and if a starter has been out for weeks, the market priced him in long ago. Our NBA betting hub has the strategy section. Today’s slate is on the games tonight board.

How to read the statuses

StatusWhat it means
OutThe player will not play in the next game.
DoubtfulUnlikely to play.
QuestionableThe club has not decided. A game-time decision is common.
ProbableExpected to play.
Day to dayESPN’s label for a short-term issue with no fixed timetable. The league’s official report has no equivalent.
SuspendedUnavailable under league or club discipline.

Latest shows the comment ESPN attached to the entry and the date it was posted, because a comment can describe an earlier game and the date is the only way for you to tell. We don’t print return dates. The feed has a date field, but it isn’t dependable, so we only quote what the club or a reporter has said.

If a late scratch changes how you see a game, our NBA betting hub explains the sportsbooks we rate for Canadians, by province.

Where the data comes from and when it updates

Every table starts with ESPN, which draws on club announcements and beat reporting and updates through the day. The league’s own official injury report is posted every 15 minutes on game days and is the authority near tip-off. We rebuild this page once a day, and the stamp at the top says when. A status can change between rebuilds, so use the page as a starting point and the league’s report as the last word.

NBA injury report FAQ

Which NBA players are injured right now?

The tables on this page are the current list, rebuilt once a day. On game days the league’s official injury report is the final word.

What does questionable mean in the NBA?

It means the club has not decided whether the player will play. Many questionable players do suit up, so wait for the update closer to tip-off before relying on the lineup.

What is the difference between out and doubtful?

Out means the player will not play. Doubtful means he is unlikely to, but the club has not ruled him out.

Where is the official NBA injury report?

The league posts it on official.nba.com, every 15 minutes on game days. It is the report clubs are held to, so it outranks any feed once it is out.

How do injuries affect NBA betting odds?

Stars move lines most. A starter ruled out can shift the point spread by a few points, while a rotation player moves it a little. Totals and player props react too, and many books void a prop if the player does not play.

How often is this NBA injury report updated?

Once a day during the season, with the exact time in the stamp at the top of the page. A status can change between our rebuild and tip-off.

19+ (18+ in AB, MB and QC). Picks are opinion, not advice, and odds change constantly. Availability varies by province. Please play responsibly. ConnexOntario: 1-866-531-2600 for Ontario residents; see your province’s helpline for resources elsewhere.
