Champions League 2025-26: how PSG were crowned<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Arsenal led inside six minutes. Kai Havertz finished early to put Arteta’s side ahead at the break, the kind of start the run from a knockout playoff entry through to a Budapest final had been built on. PSG levelled in the 65th minute through an Ousmane Demb\u00e9l\u00e9 penalty, and extra time produced no further goal. The shootout went the way of fine margins: PSG converted four of their five, Arsenal three of theirs, and Luis Enrique’s side lifted the European Cup for the first time in the club’s history.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
