Inter Miami doubled up on the week \u2014 5-3 at Cincinnati and 2-0 at home to Portland \u2014 to climb into second in the East on 28. Vancouver Whitecaps still lead the West on goal difference, but lost 1-0 at Houston Dynamo on Sunday for their first away setback in a stretch. San Jose Earthquakes, level with Vancouver on 29, lost 3-2 at Dallas after a midweek defeat at Seattle. Real Salt Lake won both midweek and weekend to climb into the West top three on 25.
