Seven years ago to the day, we witnessed one of the greatest moments in Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s illustrious career.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With Sweden leading England 3-2 heading into the final moments of their first-ever match at the Friends Arena in Solna, a failed Three Lions clearance bounced up in front of the iconic striker \u2013 who already had a hat-trick to his name.<\/p>\n

Had this been any other player, they probably would have at least controlled the ball before trying to lob it over the back-pedalling goalkeeper, or even opted for a simple pass to a team-mate.<\/p>\n

But Zlatan isn’t “any player”. Instead, he went straight for the overhead kick, firing the ball into the back of the net from a distance and angle that to this day, still seems impossible.<\/p>\n

Sweden celebrated a 4-2 win but it was an incredibly disappointing night for England, who named a rather unfamiliar team.<\/p>\n
