Curacao suffered a thumping 7-1 defeat to Germany in their World Cup<\/a> debut but held on against Ecuador.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Little is expected of Curacao given their lack of experience at this level, but they have a clutch of players in their squad who can cause problems on their day. However, the test against a German outfit with ambitions of lifting the trophy was too much of an ask in their opening game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
