All three promoted sides have gone straight back down in the past two Premier League seasons. But that all looks set to change this time around.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, it’s going to take a miracle for Burnley to survive now. However, Sunderland are sitting pretty in mid-table, still on the fringes of an unlikely European battle. Meanwhile, Leeds have overcome a tough start and have now lost just two of their last 13 Premier League matches, climbing to 15th at the time of writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their 10\/1 odds to go down represent just a 9.1% probability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leeds odds to finish in the 2025-26 Premier League top half: Outright odds and predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Whites did secure a top-half finish the last time they returned to the Premier League, finishing ninth in 2020-21 after gaining promotion as Championship winners. They entered the 2025-26 campaign as Championship winners too, but all has not gone to plan so far.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That said, their resurgence over the last few months has seen them move to within six points of the top half, giving them a surprisingly high 15.4% probability of finishing 10th or above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leeds Golden Boot odds: Outright odds and predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Leeds have had one player win the Premier League Golden Boot in the award’s history. Step forward Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink, who scored 18 goals in the 1998-99 season, as part of a three-way tie alongside Michael Owen and Dwight Yorke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joel Piroe was the outright top scorer in the Championship last season, scoring 19 goals, one more than Burnley’s Josh Brownhill and Borja Sainz of Norwich City. He started the current campaign at 250\/1 in the Golden Boot betting, but he’s failed to score in his 11 rare appearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Instead, Dominic Calvert-Lewin has been Leeds’ main source of goals, with the former Everton man now on 10 after a winter upturn — only three players have scored more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even so, Calvert-Lewin doesn’t have a Golden Boot market, with Leeds-born Erling Haaland running away with the award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leeds PFA Player of the Year odds: Outright odds and predictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Whites will always be able to say that they had the first-ever PFA Player of the Year after Norman Hunter received the inaugural award back in 1973-74 for his displays in Leeds’ title-winning side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The current betting for the 2025-26 Player of the Year award is dominated by Arsenal and Man City players, with Declan Rice leading the way ahead of Erling Haaland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leeds ins and outs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Leeds were active in the transfer market, strengthening across the pitch. In defence, Sebastiaan Bornauw, Jaka Bijol, James Justin, and Gabriel Gudmundsson all arrived, while Lucas Perri was brought in as the new goalkeeper. The midfield was reinforced with the additions of Sean Longstaff and Anton Stach, and up front, the club secured strikers Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Lukas Nmecha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several players departed, too. Rasmus Kristensen completed a permanent move to Eintracht Frankfurt following his loan spell, Junior Firpo returned to Real Betis on a free transfer, and Maximilian Wober headed to Werder Bremen on loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Facundo Buonanotte was Daniel Farke’s only winter signing, arriving on loan from Brighton after his temporary stay at Chelsea was cut short. Meanwhile, Jack Harrison joined Fiorentina on loan.<\/p>\n\n\n
