They will head into the 2026\/27 campaign as heavy favourites to retain their crown once again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-which-teams-are-expected-to-put-up-a-fight\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Which teams are expected to put up a fight?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Borussia Dortmund were the closest team to Bayern Munich when it comes to the title race, but even they could not stop the rampant German side from strolling to the title.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RB Leipzig and Stuttgart will also be hoping to mount a stronger challenge this time around. Both sides have the quality to compete at the top end of the table, but they must find a way to match Bayern&#8217;s relentless consistency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-bundesliga-relegation-odds\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bundesliga relegation odds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the other end of the table, sides will be doing all they can to stay in the Bundesliga and avoid the bottom three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Last season, St Pauli, Heidenheim and Wolfsburg were relegated from the top flight after a difficult campaign.
