You can also watch via BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website and app (UK only).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-who-will-present-this-year-s-spoty-2025-show\">Who will present this year\u2019s SPOTY 2025 show?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ceremony will be hosted by Gabby Logan, Clare Balding, and Alex Scott for the second year in a row.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sports-personality-of-the-year-2025-nominees\">Sports Personality of the Year 2025 nominees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The six nominees for the 2025 gong are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rory McIlroy (Golf): <\/strong>Completed the career grand slam in style by finally sliding on the iconic Green Jacket at the Masters, played an instrumental role in Europe\u2019s Ryder Cup success, and scooped a seventh Race to Dubai title.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Hannah Hampton (Football): <\/strong>Played an integral part in between the sticks during England&#8217;s Euro 2025 win and she saved two penalties in the final. Won the domestic treble with Chelsea and was crowned the inaugural winner of the Women\u2019s Yashin Trophy at the Ballon d\u2019Or.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chloe Kelly (Football):<\/strong> Fellow Lioness Chloe Kelly was England\u2019s super sub during the Euros triumph, changing the landscape of matches off the bench, and scored the winning spot-kick in the final. At club level she helped Arsenal win the Champions League.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ellie Kildunne (Rugby union):<\/strong> Played a pivotal role in England\u2019s Rugby World Cup success, which included scoring a stunning try in the final. Also won the Grand Slam in the Six Nations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luke Littler (Darts): <\/strong>The young superstar won the World Darts Championship aged just 17 and went on to win numerous other tournaments and became World No.1. Currently bidding to defend his crown at the WDC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lando Norris (F1): <\/strong>Won the drivers&#8217; championship in the final race of the season.
