Orel Mangala (knee), James Tarkowski (thigh), and Jesper Lindstr\u00f8m, who recently underwent hernia surgery, are three Everton players ruled out for the remainder of this season. Dominic Calvert-Lewin is doubtful, while there is no return date for Abdoulaye Doucoure, who is dealing with a personal matter.<\/p>\n
