These have all been relatively close matches, often separated by just one goal, highlighting the tight nature of the contests between the two sides. Both teams have also scored in each of Brighton&#8217;s past three wins against the Cherries, further showing how tight these encounters have been in recent years. We&#8217;re anticipating another closely fought match between two sides that will be gunning for Europe this season but one that we think Brighton will come out on top of. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-over-10-5-corners-1-1-with-betway\">Over 10.5 corners (<a href=\"https:\/\/squawka.com\/en\/go\/betway?q=gb-all-con-wof-s-spo\">1\/1 with Betway<\/a>)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bournemouth have won at least seven corners in each of their three Premier League games so far this season, with the Cherries showing real attacking impetus this campaign. Brighton have averaged three corners per game this season, bringing the two sides average for the season to 10.66 corners per game. They fought hard but still ended with a defeat. However, the performance showed that Bournemouth would do well this season, and they&#8217;ve bounced back. The Cherries have won their past two games and went into the international break off the back of a 0-1 away win over Tottenham Hotspur. It leaves them seventh and in a good position even at this early stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighton had to wait until their third game to get a win in the league, and it was a big one. The Seagulls came from behind to beat Manchester City 2-1 at the Amex, taking Brighton up to 11th. They had opened the campaign with a draw against Fulham before losing away to Everton. So they do travel to the Vitality looking for a first away win of the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bournemouth-team-news\">Bournemouth team news<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Julian Araujo will be available for selection again after his red card picked up in the EFL Cup. But he is yet to feature in the Premier League. Lewis Cook may also be available after injury, but Enes Unal remains out. It also looks extremely unlikely that Adam Smith will feature as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-brighton-team-news\">Brighton team news<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mats Wieffer could be back after injury, with Fabian H\u00fcrzeler confident that he&#8217;ll be able to play some part in this contest. Solly March isn&#8217;t expected back for another month, while Adam Webster will miss most of the season. Julio Enciso is back in rehab training but isn&#8217;t expected back in first team contention for at least another week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-bournemouth-vs-brighton-head-to-head\">Bournemouth vs Brighton head-to-head<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brighton have won five of their past six games against Bournemouth, including both matches last season. Bournemouth won the other game, which was at the Vitality Stadium in 2024.
