Looking to pick themselves up from their Champions League exit at the hands of Bayern Munich, Arsenal take on Wolves at Molineux in the Premier League on Saturday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Gunners are looking to take back the initiative in the Premier League title race, while Wolves are looking to build on their mid-table position.<\/p>\n

Arteta looking to lift players<\/h2>\n

Arsenal were looking to book their place in the semi-finals of the Champions League for the first time since 2009 on Wednesday, but a header from Joshua Kimmich sent Bayern Munich through after an evenly poised tie.<\/p>\n

Following that result, Mikel Arteta insists he must now show his team “support and love” as they look to navigate the remainder of the Premier League season.<\/p>\n

Saturday’s visit to Molineux is crucial for the Gunners, who must ensure their recent dip in form does not continue if they are to challenge for the title.<\/p>\n

Proper to Wednesday’s match, they were beaten 2-0 by Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday as they failed to capitalise on Liverpool’s earlier slip-up against Crystal Palace in the title race.<\/p>\n

Improving in the final third will be especially important for the Gunners, who have drawn blanks in three of their last six games, including each of their previous two.<\/p>\n

With Manchester City in FA Cup action this weekend and Liverpool not playing until Sunday, Arsenal have the opportunity to return to the summit, at least until Pep Guardiola’s side are back in Premier League action.<\/p>\n

Wolves are in 11th spot in the league with six matches to go, and European football could be just out of reach for Gary O’Neil’s men, who have gone four games without a win in the top flight.<\/p>\n

    Wolves vs Arsenal team news<\/h2>\n

    Pedro Neto remains sidelined with a thigh injury for Wolves and he is joined in the infirmary by midfielder Jean Ricner-Bellegarde and defender Craig Dawson.<\/p>\n

    The absence of Neto along with Matheus Cunha and Hwang Hee-Chan has hindered Wolves all season long but Cunha started and scored a brace against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.<\/p>\n

    Nelson Semedo and Rayan Ait-Nouri are also doubts for the hosts.<\/p>\n

    As for Arsenal, they are relatively unscathed by injuries.<\/p>\n

    Defender Jurrien Timber remains a long-term absentee with a knee injury, while the fitness of both Bukayo Saka and Martin Odegaard has also been monitored.<\/p>\n

    Arteta may be tempted to rotate his squad after a draining contest with Bayern Munich, and Jakub Kiwior could be one player who comes in to replace Takehiro Tomiyasu at the back.<\/p>\n
