Gary Neville has implored Cristiano Ronaldo to clarify his Manchester United future after the Portuguese superstar promised to reveal “the truth” about his current situation “in a couple of weeks”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ronaldo’s future has been one of the main talking points this summer, particularly after the five-time Ballon d’Or winner missed Man Utd’s pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia and then started on the bench in the club’s 2-1 defeat to Brighton.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Speculation has been mounting throughout the summer that Ronaldo wants to leave Old Trafford and join a club currently competing in the Champions League, but the legendary forward has since slammed the media for “telling lies”.<\/span><\/p>\n

    In an Instagram<\/a> post, Ronaldo commented that everyone will “know the truth when they interview in a couple weeks”, but former team-mate Neville has now urged the 37-year-old to not leave fans waiting with bated breath, instead imploring him to “stand up now and speak”.<\/span><\/p>\n
